God has taken me so many new places, With my worship, with work, with friends,

I have pretty much come to a place where i am content with who i am, i struggled with low self esteem for a very long time, and God is finally bringing me to a place where i am happy with myself, and with who i am. I know i am where He wants me to be, And that is all that really matters anymore.

I am so excited to see where God is going to take me next.

Joy,

Praise,

Longing,

Passion,

Friendship,

Expression,

Why I am here.

Worship is love, When we worship we are expressing our love for our father, we are showing Him how much we love Him and how much He is worth.

Worship is joy, When we worship God with all we have, it brings us joy, and when you let go of everything that is bothering you God can be all that is in you, and God is joy and beauty.

Worship is praise, the dictionary says this means warm approval or adoration for something. I love that “warm approval”, Not that God needs our approval, But i don’t know about you, but when i worship i feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Worship is longing, When i worship, the more i get into it, so the more i want from Him, So worship brings longing for more of Him into our lives.

Worship is Passion, One simple statement……. What would worship be without passion, I will let you answer that one.

Worship is friendship, Worship is being with God, and ultimately God wants to be our friend, so when we worship we are spending time with Him, And allowing Him to be a part of our lives.

Worship is peaceful, When i worship and i give up everything, God gives me this amazing peace in my heart, like all the things that bother me, just float away, and he is all that matters.

Worship is expression, Everything we do is worship, everything we do is an expression of some kind, so every time i worship i am expressing my love and adoration and joy and trust for God.

Worship is why I am here, God has put every single one of us on this earth to worship Him, Whether we are doing do or not, we all have that calling on our lives. I especially, Feel a very strong calling on my life to worship God. I would not be the woman i am today without worship, Worship is a HUGE part of my life, I honestly don’t know what i would do without it.

I hope this has opened your heart or your eyes to a new perspective of worship.

You know I have heard a lot of people say “live life to it’s fullest” “Live for today” “Make the best of right now”, And I never really understood it. I mean, i think you should have fun, but i also think that you should plan for the future. But I just saw something new in each of those sayings.

So here are my own little saying to go along with it….

Live life to it’s fullest, Worship like today is that last time you ever could, Dance until your feet fall of, Sing until you have no voice, Shout unto they hear you in New york.

Live for today, for tomorrow you may in heaven, and you will look down and see all the people you could have impacted if you had listened to God more. Make the best of every second you have here on this earth, For you don’t know if you will have the next hour.

Make the best of right now, Who cares if they think you are a goofy Christian, Who cares if they think you are cool or not, we have all we need in Christ. Impact as many lives as you can, share the joy God has given you with as many people as you can.

What if we all lived like this…..?

I mean imagine, People come to church and when we start worship it is a fight to get to the front, and everyone is dancing and sining and shouting, But all of this isn’t strange and you don’t feel out of place, because everyone is doing it, and it is normal to everyone.

I can not wait for the day when everyone catches a hold of this, everyone gives up all their inhibitions, and all their insecurities, and gets excited.

I don’t know about you but i want to be able to look back at my life and see that i gave God my all every chance that i got, I don’t want to pass up and chance to feel God’s power or His love.

So let’s get excited, it is time!! No more sitting around, God is calling, It is time to pick up the phone!!
