Ok, I am going to take you step by step in my days in Slovakia.

Friday *getting to Slovakia* : I woke up around 7:30 (at my house) got ready, finished my packing then left for the church, We got there and had to load our stuff into the van, along with 22 box’s, then at 9 we all said out goodbye’s and piled on the bus. We were on our way to the airport, at this point i was getting alittle nervous, but not too bad. We arrived at the airport, and had to unload all of our bags, along with those 22 box’s, we had to locate out bag and pick a box to carry in with us, *just something to know, we each had a big bag,  and those box’s were a pain in the BUTT to carry, my hands were completely red by the time we checked in* We checked in our bags, Went through security, and then……..We sat!! it was annoying, i was ready to fly, i wanted to get on the plane and get it over with, oh well, about 2 hours later we boarded the airplane, i was going to sit by my brother, but we didn’t want to sit by each other for 10 hours, so he switched with Shali. Take off wasn’t too bad, it was weird because it was my first time, *i will skip all the things on the airplane* Ok 10 hours later………….       We landed in Frankfurt, we had to get off the plane, and go through passport control and then go through security *i set off the beeper, so i got frisked* *not fun* and then we sat, Again, only for an hour and a half. So we boarded the airplane, i sat my the window and some complete stranger *who didn’t speak english*, this was only and hour flight so it wasn’t too bad. So we landed in Vienna!!! We had to go get all of our bags, Along with those box’s again. then we met 2 people *Vickie and Lukas* from the church and they took us to the bus. *let me catch you up, by this point it is saturday around 4 pm over there* *which means it is 7 in the morning here, and none of us have slept*

Sat *in Vienna*: We got on the big bus, Slept for about and hour, Then we were at “Devin” castle, that was really cool, i have some awesome pictures, we wandered around there for about and hour, then got on the bus again, For about another hour, then we were at the church in Nove Zamky, we had to unload all our bags, and those box’s again, then…….We sat, in the church waiting to eat dinner, and then go to our host homes. Dinner arrived around 7, we had pizza *mine had corn on it*, then we sat some more, Chelsea and i got to our host home around 10 at night, *keep in mind we still hadn’t slept, and it was 1 in the afternoon at home, so we hadn’t slept for a whole day* so we got to our host home, met then *They were an older couple, she spoke only slovak, And he spoke only French and Italian, so there was no communicating, at all* We headed up to our room and Slept!!

Sunday: We got up, got ready for church, had breakfast *breakfast for them is, Meat, Cheese, bread and veggies* and then Mark picked us up *mark is a guy from the church, he spoke english, so it was nice* and we went to the church, the did worship, we knew some of the songs they did, only we knew them in english, then Chelsea, Mesha, Dallas, Haley, Jay and I went over to the kids church, the taught us a couple songs, then we taught them a song in english, and we did a skit for them, then they had story time * which we didn’t understand because it was in Slovak* then we played some games, *let me just tell you, those kids are amazing, the were so sweet and loved having us around* then service was over, we had lunch at the church, it was really good, then we had a little bit of free time, then we headed out to Nitra, to go to another church service, Annette, Jeremy and I did 2 songs for them, then Jeremy and Gaylene shared their testimonies, and then Unkie preached, when service was over we all piled into our cars and headed for dinner, McDonald’s!! we went in, got our food, then got back in the car, I was in a car with all girls, except for Pb and Pastor Milan, We were pretty Hyper, so Pb put on a cd we will love, so we were all singing along, by the 4th song we were all asleep, then we got to the church, and then headed back to our host home, And went to sleep.

Monday: We had free time until noon, So chelsea and i went to annettes hotel room *because we had to leave our host home at 8* we went and exchanged our money, then we went shopping, we bought gifts for a bunch of people, then we headed back to the church for lunch, Grilled cheese!! *which i couldn’t eat, so Vickie took me to the store to get something else* then we loaded all our music stuff and Some of those box’s in the bus, and headed for the Orphanage, we did a few songs and a few skits, then we handed out candy and toys and blankets for the kids. When that was done we went around with the kids and they showed us their rooms *one little girl gave me a stuffed animal* then we had to say goodbye, that was hard, they were so much fun. we got back from the orphanage, had some more free time, went shopping, then we had dinner, it was really good, it was like chicken stew, then Chelsea, Vickie, Mark and I went to our host home, got our stuff together *we had to change host homes, there were some issues* then we headed to our new host home, they were so nice, and they spoke some english. We got settled in, then went to bed.

Tuesday: we got up and headed for the train station, went into Komarno, then we did school ministry *we helped all the kids with their english*, had a HUGE lunch, did some more shopping, then went to another school where we were holding a concert and night. We got everything set up, and we had about 20 kids show up, which was cool. We had the concert, the did some skits, and they asked us some questions. When the service was over we got packed up, and then headed for the train station again. got back into Nove Zamky, then went to our host homes.

Wed: The same as tuesday.

Thursday: We did school ministry in Nove Zamky, went to lunch, went shopping a little bit, then headed for the place we were having the concert that night. We held the service, then we walked to the resteraunt, *they had locked the dorr, so it took us like 5 min to get into the building* Had dinner, then took taxis back to our host homes.

Friday: We went into Budapest, did some sightseeing, some shopping, then headed into some town i don’t even know, lol. *we were having a church camp there* So we got there got to our rooms, goofed off alittle, then headed to bed.

Saturday: We got up, went to the main building for breakfast, then had our first service, Pb gave a word, then we broke into age groups, Youth, Children, Men and Women. Rj, Chelsea and I helped with the children *it was difficult, they didn’t understand english*. Then we went down stairs for lunch, then had 1 more service, then we went and played some games, IN THE FREEZING COLD!!! we got done with the games, went back to the main building, and it was time to leave. we got back to Nove Zamky, had dinner, then went back to our host homes.

Sunday: Mark picked us up, with all of our stuff, and headed to the church. we had the service, we went with the kids again. Then we had to say goodbye to everyone, get on the bus, and leave. Just for the record, Chelsea and I cried. We got into Bratislava, had lunch, then went into Vienna. We got to our hotel, then went out to sight see, we went into the main square, looked around, went and had dinner, then looked around some more, then went back to the hotel to go to bed.

Monday: We got on the subway, and headed for the town square, Got some breakfast. then found a starbucks. went sightseeing, then we broke into groups and went shopping, we walked around the city, got lunch, then met back with everyone, broke into different groups, then did some more shopping. Met back with everyone again, then got on the train to go to the amusement park. We got there, i went on 4 rides, and the last ride made me horribly sick. we went to dinner * i walked extremely slow because everything was spinning* ate dinner, then some of the people went on the ferris wheel, then when they got done, we went back, got on the subway, then went back to our rooms, packed, then went to bed.

Tuesday: We had to leave for the airport at 5 in the morning, check in, and the sit for half an hour for our plane, we rode for a hour, then landed in frankfurt, and got on the 10 hour flight home. Landed at home, got our bags, went through customs, and then went home.

So that is a brief look at what we did. Just something to give you alittle taste.

I will be leaving in about 3 days to go to Slovakia, I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very nervous.

I  can’t believe i agreed to go, what was going on in my head, what was i thinking!?!?!?!?
